Who Am I?
A background in film direction set the start. The same instinct made it easy to pitch an idea, explore an unfamiliar direction and commit to it.
From there I moved into static ads, editorial layouts built on existing creatives with typography carrying the rest, plus photo and video editing. That same instinct carried the work into automation, building workflows for recruitment and corporate teams, then into AI tools as they matured enough for web builds and apps.
Operations grew out of trust, not a job title. Clients kept leaning on me to lead and that trust is what built the standard operating procedures and service level agreements a team could run on without someone standing over it. That responsibility repeated and got sharper with every client after.
On larger builds, I set the standard first. A working example and a reference doc come together before the work starts, so the direction is shown instead of just explained and everything that follows gets checked against it.
